Plain English, no small print. By booking a class you agree to what's below, and you tick to confirm it each time you book.
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Your place in a class is confirmed when payment is received — we accept PayNow, card and GrabPay. A seat is not reserved until payment clears.
In-person (F2F) classes run with a minimum of 5 participants. If a date does not reach the minimum, we will contact you and offer you a place on another date at no extra cost. Anything you paid, and any points you used, carry over to the new date.
If none of the dates we offer works for you, write to us at andrew@impactuslearning.com and we will sort it out with you individually.
Online classes have no minimum class size.
If we cancel or move a class for any other reason, the same applies — we will offer you a place on another date, carrying over what you paid, and we will tell you as early as we can. If that doesn't work for you, get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
Life happens. If you can't make your class, contact us at andrew@impactuslearning.com as early as you can and we will do our best to move you to a later date. Transfers are subject to seats being available on the date you want.
Course fees are otherwise non-refundable. If something serious has happened, write in and tell us — we consider these individually, on their merits.
Discount codes and free passes are single-use per student unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other codes, and have no cash value.
Slides, recordings and materials are provided for your personal learning. Please don't redistribute or resell them.
Online classes are recorded and the recording is shared with the students in that class, so your voice, name and video may appear in it. Please keep recording links and files within the class.
We collect only what we need to run your classes: your name, email address and mobile number, the company you tell us you're from, and your booking, payment and attendance records. Card and PayNow details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store them.
We use your details to:
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the portal and the classes — hosting and database, payments, email, video conferencing, classroom and certificate platforms — and only so they can do that job for us. Some of them store data outside Singapore; we choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
We take photos in class and screenshots of online sessions. We may use class photos, screenshots and short clips — which may include your face and first name — on our website, course pages, social media and ads, to show what our classes are like.
If you'd rather not appear, tell us before or at the start of your class, or write to us at any time. We'll leave you out of future material and take down anything we reasonably can.
Reviews you post publicly — on Google, LinkedIn or social media — may be quoted in our marketing, with the name and photo shown publicly alongside the review. Ask us at any time and we'll stop using yours.
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw a consent you've given. Write to andrew@impactuslearning.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent for something we need in order to run a class — your contact details, for example — may mean we can't deliver that class to you.
We keep your account and class history for as long as you have an account with us, so your points, certificates and recordings stay available. If you ask us to close your account we remove your personal details, keeping only what Singapore law requires us to keep for accounting and tax records (currently five years).

Certificates of completion are issued in the name you registered with, as a secure shareable link. Check your name before your class and write to us if it needs correcting.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version you agreed to is recorded with each booking, and the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
